What is your return policy?

Thank You for your purchase.  We hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.  Please see more details below about our return policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the item's purchase date to be accepted for a full refund or exchange. All items returned must be in new/unused condition. No returns or exchanges allowed on clearance/final sale items

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
1. Please email customerservice@theyardmarketllc.com to request a return shipping label and a Return/Exchange Form.  
2. Please include your order number in your email.
3. Once you receive the shipping label and Return/Exchange Form, follow the instructions on the form and place the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Please note you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Refunded amounts will reflect the total amount paid less shipping charges.  No shipping fees will be charged for exchanges.
5. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange.  
6. Please allow 1-3 business days to process returns or exchanges.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please email a photo of the item and your order number to customerservice@theyardmarketllc.com.  We will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange.

Do you sell gift cards?
